Most readers don’t have this sort of problem, I suppose. Kansas, however, does; and it could be a problem in any other State in the Union.
Courts have said Kansas should do something different about school funding. The Legislature left session without fixing anything. They are suppose to be out of session past the court ordered deadline of 30 June fix time.
