Given the societal landscape of contention and the political tensions that are public to a remarkable degree, I don’t find it beyond reason that our county hospital and the clinic owners should be having contract disputes.

The clinic does the laboratory work and is out of town owned, contracted to the hospital. The clinic accuses the hospital of breach of contract, wherein the hospital is encroaching on the clinic’s areas of responsibilities – where the clinic earns it’s money.

That should take a while to resolve.

Tis a puzzle to be sure for the average person. I paid both the clinic, the doctor and the hospital when I injured my finger. I’m not sure I saw more than one office, but the charges came and I paid.

Let ‘em fight. (About like the Middle East)

Which only goes to show how often I actually work the crosswords.

Thin over cast, weak sun light, cool, moisture laden air. The ground is wet, but bare of snow or visible water. We did have a nighttime rain three days ago.

Coyotes were around last night chasing, I suppose, ‘possum. No evidence that the ‘possum were caught, and I hesitate to say they were skunked in light of the skunk that was around the other evening – I’d rather not call him back.

Still having trouble with the lower register notes. I can now transition from one note to another, however I cannot start from a lower note, which is a problem after a half rest.

Insurmountable problems. Yes?

About tenwhiskey

User tenwhiskey is also the author of this blog. He currently lives in small town Kansas in a semi-retired condition. His kids are married and gone (thank you). An empty nester. Divorced. Very happy with life as it is. Ten Mile maintains a personal blog here, writing of events as they appear to him; commentary, and opinions abound. He deviates into fiction as the mood strikes and creates flash fiction stories and short stories. He will not warn the reader when he drifts from fact to fiction. He feels adults are, generally, smart enough to figure out which is which. He does, however, attempt to make his fiction sound as true to life as possible. You have been warned. He, as time permits, writes and occasionally sells writing. More often than not he gives it away to various non-paying publishers of Ether Magazines, forums or for entertainment on a wall for in need of a hand friends. He likes candy, pies and a certain amount of strife. In the matter of strife - in his yourth on the farm, he became embroiled in a slinging fight. The fight involved lath as a launcher, fresh cow patties as ammo and it was a six way free for all. A little mud only adds (Umm?) a certain taste to life.
