The worlds favorite church is back in the news. You know, the Westboro Church.

Westboro Baptist Church counterprotesters who flew American flags found guilty of picketing church’

The American flag is a banner, so it can’t be used to picket the Westboro Baptist Church during posted service hours even if no service is actually taking place, a Topeka Municipal Court judge ruled Tuesday.

I had another story I wanted to bring, but CJ only allows me five a month. That’s fair, after all there are a lot of news outlets out here.

I was interested in seeing dra-mama on the telly last night. I wasn’t interested in him, personally, nor in what the speech was about – knowing that he is on his way gone, no, I was interested in verifying what I thought I’d seen when he spoke on the CA shooting.

The mans voice is an octave higher and he sounds strident. He is pale beyond belief, also. I don’t know if he is finding the terms end unbearable, realizing the job is never over, that his policies are, indeed, unpopular; that he has only developed hate where he preaches love and peace, or what.

But something has changed about the dude, both mental and physical, I do believe. I’d even suggest that he see a physician soonest. To include a shrink. I keep thinking he is on the verge of doing something totally irresponsible.

But, I’m not the Doctor.

About tenwhiskey

User tenwhiskey is also the author of this blog. He currently lives in small town Kansas in a semi-retired condition. His kids are married and gone (thank you). An empty nester. Divorced. Very happy with life as it is. Ten Mile maintains a personal blog here, writing of events as they appear to him; commentary, and opinions abound. He deviates into fiction as the mood strikes and creates flash fiction stories and short stories. He will not warn the reader when he drifts from fact to fiction. He feels adults are, generally, smart enough to figure out which is which. He does, however, attempt to make his fiction sound as true to life as possible. You have been warned. He, as time permits, writes and occasionally sells writing. More often than not he gives it away to various non-paying publishers of Ether Magazines, forums or for entertainment on a wall for in need of a hand friends. He likes candy, pies and a certain amount of strife. In the matter of strife - in his yourth on the farm, he became embroiled in a slinging fight. The fight involved lath as a launcher, fresh cow patties as ammo and it was a six way free for all. A little mud only adds (Umm?) a certain taste to life.
