Remember. You read it hear after all others brought it to you:

STILLWELL – Vegas Strip Steak, the cut of steak developed at Oklahoma State University, will soon be available to a wider consumer market thanks to a licensing deal with a processor, making it the first steak to be licensed and have its name trademarked.

Had a reason to travel to the nearest Wally world today. Notable: The hired help is looking very much younger; the hired help actually acted like they knew something about the department they were in; the hired help actually acted happy, rater tan harassed.

Maybe the pay raise has something to do with it, but, boy, wait until they figure out that having to pay taxes and FICA, and not get a bye on taxes, losing food stamp eligibly  and other non-taxable goodies . . . Yeah, but then they will be trapped into that higher tax bracket.

Laugh later. Wally World will get the money back in tax breaks.

I now have a battery charger for the camera – something that has been missing for almost two years. Picture time.

I also picked up a new cable for between the camera and the computer. The sales person demanded to know why.

Umm. Well, because I want one, you carry them?

So he admitted that the only one he had was a tree way thing. Had never seen one before. It also rolls itself up when not in use – ?? how long that going to last, or how long until I get fed up with it and get a decent one.

Sunny to partly cloudy today. Beautiful out, short sleeve weather.

From the reaches,

Ten Whiskey

About tenwhiskey

User tenwhiskey is also the author of this blog. He currently lives in small town Kansas in a semi-retired condition. His kids are married and gone (thank you). An empty nester. Divorced. Very happy with life as it is. Ten Mile maintains a personal blog here, writing of events as they appear to him; commentary, and opinions abound. He deviates into fiction as the mood strikes and creates flash fiction stories and short stories. He will not warn the reader when he drifts from fact to fiction. He feels adults are, generally, smart enough to figure out which is which. He does, however, attempt to make his fiction sound as true to life as possible. You have been warned. He, as time permits, writes and occasionally sells writing. More often than not he gives it away to various non-paying publishers of Ether Magazines, forums or for entertainment on a wall for in need of a hand friends. He likes candy, pies and a certain amount of strife. In the matter of strife - in his yourth on the farm, he became embroiled in a slinging fight. The fight involved lath as a launcher, fresh cow patties as ammo and it was a six way free for all. A little mud only adds (Umm?) a certain taste to life.
