That was brought on by catching one of the SEC Stories on ESPN II. The Book of Manning
An exceptional story, and filmed well.
I watched the program after futzing about the place this morning; doing the public areas I normally mow, washing and waxing Fleet Colors (the truck), and BBQ ing chicken for lunch.
Fine, indeed, the Manning story. Then I browsed the headlines and this character came up number one for the day:

It is odd, in a manner of speaking because I had been day dreaming of God-like powers in an imaginary battle with no-good niks as a basis for a fiction piece I’m having trouble finding an ending for.
I’ve concluded that given God-like power might not be a good thing for me. It would mean that freedom of choice, in some cases with humans, might find shift as short lived as the transgressing individual.
And what self respecting God would care to be likened to Prude.
