The Governor’s Office has recommendations on how to reform Kansas school finance, and will reveal those on Friday, while a Senate Education leader said he is working on a proposal that could be introduced within a month.
Asked Wednesday about potential changes this year to state aid for schools, Gov. Sam Brownback said a rework of the state’s formula is overdue, and his office has concrete ideas for changes.
